I've been working on adding 3D Models to my portfolio on my webpage and I couldn't upload SolidWorks models to SketchFab as easy as I had from Fusion360 in the past. So I converted SolidWorks to Fusion360 then uploaded to SketchFab. Pack & Go your assembly, for more detail click here Open in Fusion360 and export … Continue reading View SolidWorks 3D Models on your Webpage!
I love re-purposing things and this can became home to my 3D printing tools. But I quickly realized it wasn't efficient... So I took some measurements & jumped on Fusion360 to design a tool holder to keep the bigger tools organized!
Daniel Norée (creator of benchy) danielnoree.com designed an RC car based off F1 car in Fusion360 and 3D printed it! And to top that it's open source and continuously being improved. I can only imagine how much time was involved with prototyping in the past with sketches, drawings, and verifying measurements... Now it's as simple as creating a model, hitting print, then test fitting it! As you can see in the pics above 3D printing has high accuracy!
The customer here wanted an embossing tool with her own logo.
